{heaven in a glass}

This is my absolutely favorite desert right now. It has the right mixture of sweet, sour and creamy. Without being too heavy after a good meal.
Guests always love it and the best part is, it’s easy to make!
Having said that: Happy New Year!!

3.5 oz (100g) meringues
1 1/2 cups (250g) frozen raspberries

These beautiful shelves from Etsy are sold by the shop Old New Again. This husband and wife team creates all their work to help support their family. If that isn’t a good cause.

This year I decided to give little treats with my presents.
Instead of baking cookies myself, I gifted cowboy and cowgirl (to stay in the spirit of my husband’s descent) cookie mixes in a jar.
Everybody loved them!
