mini chrysanthemum from {nifty thrifty things}

Welcome to this week's {floral friday}!

This week I'm sharing the mini Chrysanthemum with you. My mom gave these to my brother for his birthday and took some beautiful pictures of them. I love how dainty and elegant they look!

  • The Chrysanthemum flower symbolizes fidelity, optimismjoy and long life. {source}
  • Chrysanthemums are the 13th wedding anniversary flower.
  • The flower originated in China and were first cultivated as a flowering herb in China during the 15th century BC. {source}
  • Chrysanthemum is one of the most popular flowers, next only to rose.

    Think I much prefer the mini chrysanthemum to the regular ( do they have the same strong scent?). They are oh so cute!
