{guest post: a pumpkin & a princess}

Hi Nifty Thrifty readers, I’m Crystal from A Pumpkin & A Princess. A place where I share all things creative! From DIY tutorials, holiday crafts, party planning, recipes, and even some fun activities to do with kids. I’m thrilled to be here today to share with you one of my latest baking cheesecakes!

This recipe makes 12 mini cheesecakes which are perfect for parties or random weeknight desserts. So next time you have half an hour to spare whip up a batch of these to keep in the freezer for those days when you’re in serious need of some delicious goodness.

  • {2} 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 12 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s cups (chopped)
  • 34 semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with baking cups.
  2. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
Press one heaping tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs into each baking cup.
  4. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla.
Fold in chopped Reese’s cups and chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture.
Fill baking cups 23 way full; bake for 22–24 minutes.
  7. Cool; add topping if desired.

This recipe is SO easy to make and could easily be adapted to everyone’s candy preferences like my recent Snickers cheesecakes.

Thanks for having me and thank you Vanessa for inviting me over!

I hope you can stop by my Blog / Facebook / Twitter / Pinterest page sometime, I’d love to connect with you!
