{homemade raffaello spread}

If you love coconut, you'll love this easy recipe! Raffaello, even though they're a rare treat for me, are one of my favorites. They're so delicious creamy and coconutty. Yum!

Their website says: "Raffaello, the only pleasure that transports you to a carefree world." - I wouldn't go quite that far, but they are extremely delicious!

Luckily, my mom shares the same opinion, so we were on the same page about trying out this Raffaello spread.

I'm partying here! ♥

    I love Raffaello! And I guess I do get pretty carefree when I eat them, As I always end up having too many! :) But is it just me or is there no recipe in this post? x

    Oy!

      I hope you’re having a fabulous day as well! Mine’s almost over, but we had a wonderful day. It’s a holiday here in Germany today and the hubby and I spent the day with my dad and his girlfriend. We all went for a bike ride and ended the day with a yummy dinner at a café by the river beach. So much fun! :)

      Oh, I’m so happy to hear you liked it! ;)
      It should definitely be refrigerated. As for the shelf life, it’s a little hard to say and homemade things. I would just use your judgement on it and trust your nose and eyes.
      I’m sorry I can’t be of more help..

    I just found this blog while searching for a recipes with coconut and almond (such a great combo). I think this would be delicious spread on croissants dough before rolling and baking or as a filling for stuffed french toast. My mouth is watering just at the thought of such indulgence. However, I can’t seem to pull up the recipe. Has it been too long since it was posted? Any chance you could either repost it or send it to me? I would be truly grateful.
    Thank you, Lynn

      I am not exactly sure about the shelf life, since it didn’t make it that long in our household.
      But, I would just use my judgement. If it looks and smells good, eat it up. ;)
