If someone would have told me a few years ago, that so much in my life would revolve about diapers (& their content), diaper rash and ingredients of diapers, I would have declared them crazy.

Brand name diapers, no-name, eco-friendly or cloth diapers?
Most parents start off their diaper career with the most famous brand on the market. 'Cause who wants to show up to a baby shower with no-name diapers?

Somewhere down the road you get to the point where you're starting to get a little more adventurous. May it be out of necessity, because the diaper doesn't do its job right (leaking diapers, red bums). Because you want to see if perhaps there is a less expensive alternative (oh, what could we do with the money saved?) Or, because you start to think about the ingredients of the diapers (do they all smell so chemically?).

For a while we were thinking about trying out cloth diapers. But somehow we just couldn't imagine cleaning them ourselves..
So, we tried numerous eco-friendly diaper brands and weren't satisfied with any of them. They were either too stiff and scratchy, too expensive or were leaking left and right (literally).

Then, about a year ago, I stumbled upon a new brand on the market: LILLYDOO*.
Free of perfumes, lotions and plasticizers - free of everything that baby skins don't like. And they're OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Vegan & cruelty-free. At an affordable price.

You may not have heard of LILLYDOO yet. They're expanding quickly, but haven't yet launched in any of the English-speaking countries. They are, however, planning on doing so in the near futures. So, keep an eye out for them! ;)

LILLYDOO come in three beautiful designs and six different sizes. And I have to say, they're much cuter looking than the leading brand diapers. Secretly, I am waiting for additional cute designs and maybe some limited editions. That's the stuff that makes a mother's heart leap for joy. ;)

I am especially excited about the baby wipes! They're 100% biodegradable, perfume free and are just the right amount of wet. They smell good, are tear-proof and are perfect for on the go.

Another highlight: The bottom of the packages have a peel off sticker, so you can easily attach it to changing table. That way you can always keep one hand on the baby.

Bottom line: We're very happy with the diapers and baby wipes from LILLYDOO* and I can recommend them with a clear conscience.
So, hopefully they will work quickly on expanding to other countries, so you can try them out yourself.

We have always stuck with Pampers since day 1. We did get a bit adventurous and go generic only to find that was not such a great idea haha. I’d love to try these out!

I hear you about the generic diapers! I don’t know what it is about them, but for some reason I don’t really trust them to work even before trying. haha
