{nifty thrifty sunday #5}

May 14, 2011

It’s time for another {nifty thrifty sunday}! Thank you all so much for partying with me last week!
I’m so excited to have you here and am really looking forward to seeing all of your fabulous projects and recipes!Please, please cross your fingers for me on Monday — I’m turning in my Bachelor’s Thesis! Finally.. I’m so ready for it to be over with! It means less stress writing and researching, but more stressing out about getting a passing grade. ;)

Here are some of my favorites from last week’s {nifty thrifty sunday}:
Christie from Three Pixie Lane showed us how to make these sweet vintage party hats. Cute!
I love how Taylor recycled plastic Easter eggs to make this pretty tea light flight. Check out her and her blog @ Taylormade!
Hmm.. I wish I could smell these delicious looking apple turnovers! Ashlie from The Delshad Duo made these for her hubby’s Birthday — love it!
Isn’t Lindsay’s son just the cutest little model?! I love the crocheted bow tie idea. Find out more about Lindsay and her creativity @ Love City!
Everybody has seen cake pops by now. But pie pops? Adorable! Robin @ The Sweetest Pear shared the how-to on these.
Mayya from Sew Chic & Unique shared this cute reversible bag made of IKEA fabric. I wish I had a more developed sewing gene — I would love one of those! :)
