{nutella goodness}

This makes the best Birthday cake!  Thought I’d share..
Nutella Goodness


5 eggs
1 cup (250g) margarine
1 cup (250g) sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups (250g) flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
4–5 tbsp. nutella


Stir eggs, margarine, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Mix in flour, baking powder and then the milk. Fill half of the batter into a cake pan. Mix Nutella into the remaining batter and fill in the pan. To get a marble texture mix the yellow and dark batter a little with a fork. Let bake in the oven for 75 minutes at 350°F (175 °C).

    This looks awesome (but really, what thing that contains Nutella, isn’t awesome ;) ) quick question…what size of pan does this fill?

    @ Jen: In this picture I actually filled the batter into cupcake cups, but I have used a bundt cake pan before. I think it would turn out pretty good, no matter what you use. Hehe

    Yummy! What flour did you use? Self Raising or Plain?
