Puff Pastry Waffles with Nutella Dip — a different take on a waffle recipe
I finally broke down and bought one of those rotating belgian waffle makers. We had one years ago, when we were still living in Texas, and I’ve missed it ever since.
So, I’ve been making waffles in all kinds of variations lately. Waffles for desert, baby-friendly waffles for Ella, waffles as a snack, breakfast waffles, brinner (breakfast for dinner ;) ), ..
This past week I tried something completely new: Puff pastry waffles! They’re super easy to make and leave no mess behind. Perfect!
Paired with some fresh berries and a greek yogurt & Nutella dip — heaven!!
Puff Pastry Waffles with Nutella DipPrint Recipe
- Puff Pastry
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 tsp. Nutella
- fresh Berries
If you use frozen puff pastry, let it defrost.
Cut the puff pastry in to little squares, small enough to fit onto the waffle maker.
Lay the pieces into your hot waffle maker and let bake until golden brown.
For the topping combine greek yogurt and nutella.
