Puff Pastry Waffles with Nutella Dip — a different take on a waffle recipe

Easy Puff Pastry Waffles with Nutella Dip from {nifty thrifty things}

I finally broke down and bought one of those rotating belgian waffle makers. We had one years ago, when we were still living in Texas, and I’ve missed it ever since.

So, I’ve been making waffles in all kinds of variations lately. Waffles for desert, baby-friendly waffles for Ella, waffles as a snack, breakfast waffles, brinner (breakfast for dinner ;) ), ..

This past week I tried something completely new: Puff pastry waffles! They’re super easy to make and leave no mess behind. Perfect!

Paired with some fresh berries and a greek yogurt & Nutella dip — heaven!!

    I would have never thought to use puff pastry in a waffle maker! And I need to get one of those rotating waffle makers too! So much better than the other kind.
