Try this easy, but impressive, chocolate bark for yourself and gift it to your special Valentine (or eat it all by yourself ;) ).
This really is the perfect fusion of sweet, salty and tart. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz milk chocolate
  • 7 oz white chocolate
  • dried strawberries
  • heart-shaped pretzels
  • heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

Place chocolate each in a heatproof bowl and set over (not in) a pan of simmering water.

Stir until the chocolate is melted.

Pour about 34 of the dark chocolate onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper, and spread to an even layer.

Heap spoonfuls of white chocolate on top.

Add remaining dark chocolate onto the centers of the white chocolate.

Use a toothpick and swirl the two chocolates together.

Add the toppings to your liking.

Chill in the refrigerator until completely set, for at least one hour.

Break or cut into wedges.
